(1) Vendor needs to provide air service development consulting services to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Market Definition and Analysis.– Air service publications and presentations.– Airline relationship development and maintenance.– Economic incentive programs.– Small community air service development program analyses and applications.– Cell phone, geo and new generation data analyses and presentations.– Miscellaneous air service analyses and deliverables.– Assist in the development of strategies with airport partners to enhance air service development and help prepare and facilitate small community air service development grants, travel funds, and minimum revenue guarantee programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16,2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
