EXTRA-77551 - USA (Minnesota) - Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide family homelessness prevention and assistance program services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Provide supportive services and/or financial assistance to households that are experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of housing instability.– Rapid Rehousing’s fundamental goal is to reduce the amount of time people spend homeless and is designed for households to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. – Temporary financial assistance and/or supportive services to assist people in maintaining existing permanent housing, relocation to more appropriate permanent housing, and/or diverting them from entering the homeless system.– Service strategies are focused on addressing the immediate housing crisis and should be integrated with other mainstream resources to address more long–term needs. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
