STAFF-16450 - USA (Lubbock, Texas) - Maintenance and Repair Staff Augmentation Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide maintenance and repair staff augmentation services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.• Agency requires skilled, semi–skilled, and trade–specific Personnel (“Personnel”) to supplement existing Agency staff and ensure the timely completion of maintenance, repair, renovation, and operational support tasks across Agency –owned and leased Facilities.• Mandatory Requirements/Conditions Proposer(s) must:– Provide sufficient Personnel capable of fulfilling maintenance and repair tasks consistent with agency standards.– Replace unsatisfactory Personnel within eight (8) hours of written notification from agency.– Maintain a 24/7 emergency contact for staffing issues.– Ensure Personnel meet appearance, hygiene, training, and conduct standards.– Conduct background checks, drug testing, and required screenings. Where required by law, conduct verify checks.– Ensure Personnel hold and maintain any certifications, licenses, and experience required by applicable State, federal, or local laws and regulations, and as directed/requested by agency.– Provide uniforms and identification for all Personnel providing Services on agency property.– Ensure Personnel comply with agency workplace, safety, and security policies.– Maintain compliance with agency, State, and local safety regulations.– Adhere to the current Uniform General Conditions and Supplementary(2) The contract period will be for one year.
