Napa River / Napa Creek Flood Protection Project - Floodwalls North of the Bypass

Construction of concrete capped sheet piles and concrete t-wall floodwalls from the River Terrace Inn to the south side of Lincoln Bridge and from the north side of Lincoln Bridge to just south of the Elks Lodge along the west bank of the Napa River. The project also includes building floodwalls at the existing Napa River Dry Bypass and constructing rock scour protection below Lincoln Bridge. The total project proposes about 1.3 miles of floodwall including through public access using metal stop-log and swing gate openings. The project includes utility relocations, pipe penetrations through the floodwall, roadway and trail resurfacing, construction of a new public trail and flood control maintenance road, a new midblock pedestrian crossing at Lincoln Avenue, and other items as shown in the plans and described in the special provisions and standard specifications.
