(1) Vendor needs to provide centennial trail study service to the government authority located in Spokane, WA. – Provide professional planning services with alternatives analysis.– Public participation or outreach.– Assessing and identifying needed permits for project construction.– Investigating fully separating pedestrian and bicycle modes from motor vehicles along the entire study length via a separated, shared use pathway, considering planned transit improvements within the study area.– Study will also include any necessary drainage improvements and provide a safety evaluation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
