(1) Vendor needs to provide national outdoor recreation strategy services.– Responsibilities of the project team will include the following:• Facilitate the development of the stakeholder–led County Outdoor Recreation Plan • Review and agree communication and consultation plan • Support and participate in the consultation process • Review and assess findings from consultation and review of current situation and strategic and external context • Agree strategic priorities • Develop and agree objectives and actions plans for each theme • Review drafts of the plan(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
