(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore services to the government authority located in Charleston, WV. – Provide management and operation of the bookstore, including an on–site store and or a virtual store.– All Textbooks and All Course Materials:• Textbooks (printed).• E–book.• Software codes.• Student kits.– Textbook adoptions methods:• Web–based• Other electronic methods such as password logins, software codes, product keys, etc. Purchased for class.– Shall Conduct Book Buy Back on Periodic Basis:• Online.• In–person (physical).• Guaranteed buyback where student know at time of purchase what the buyback.– Sell Various Merchandise:• Basic office supplies (pens, pencils, notebooks, etc.).• Logo merchandise including various styles, types, options, and manufacturers.• Clothing to include accessories such as hats, gloves, jackets, scarves, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
