DEBT-2206 - USA (Sandusky, Ohio) - Collection Agency Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collection agency services to the government authority located in Sandusky, OH.– The funding supports programs that historically provided loans for downpayment assistance and rehabilitation to eligible residents’ dwellings or businesses.– A collection agency is sought to assist staff in collecting payments for liens where the lien holder is non–responsive or unable to contact the lienholder. – This can include lienholders that signed a Repayment Plan but are delinquent on payments.– Comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage, including coverage for contractual liability, personal Injury, products and complete operations coverages. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2026.
