(1) Vendor needs to provide medicaid enrollment broker services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– Provide, implement and perform an enrollment process that provides unbiased choice counseling and member materials to enrollees and members.– Allow a range of support to enrollees and members from choice counseling to a self–service web–based approach that allows real–time selection, supplemented by additional electronic means, such as email, fax, and an interactive voice response (IVR) system.– Provide call center operations that include state–of–the–art telephonic infrastructure and trained staff who answer calls and resolve inquiries from enrollees and members.– Provide public inpatient, outpatient, emergency, community mental health, and substance use disorder services.– Responsible for preventive and community health programs and services. It also regulates and licenses health–related professionals, health care facilities, and services.– Includes physical health, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy managed care provided, through risk comprehensive contracts that are fully capitated and require the contracted entity to be a managed care organization (MCO) or health insuring organization.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
