(1) Vendor needs to provide medical insurance broker service to the government authority located in Akron, OH. • Provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management services.• Providing proactive account management, strategic risk management guidance, insurance market expertise, and responsive service.• Marketing services and strategy: prepare annual marketing strategy reports identifying anticipated market conditions and proposing a marketing strategy for the major loss exposure areas prior to policy renewal.• Assist in developing underwriting data and specifications for renewal negotiations.• Ensure timely binding of coverage and issuance of all policies, endorsements, and evidence of insurance.• The broker must prepare an annual strategic plan outlining goals, action steps, and anticipated benefits for the upcoming year• Analyze insurance market trends and report in advance on the effect that trends will have on pricing and coverage availability.• Provide access to and consulting advice regarding the potential for utilizing new and emerging risk management programs.• Provide other services that are normally and customarily required by a municipal insurance broker.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
