CONS-23896 - USA (Kirtland, New Mexico) - Walk Path Engineering and Consulting Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide walk path engineering and consulting services to the government authority located in Kirtland, NM.– project consists of topographic and boundary survey, utility investigations, preliminary and final engineering design, environmental investigation and documentation and preparation of construction documents.– Evaluation of design alternatives:– Prepare evaluation of alternative path locations to include path width, traffic separation, drainage, intersection conflicts.– Provide recommendation of preferred alternative with conceptual design.– Preliminary design:– Complete a topographic survey to capture utility locations, horizontal and vertical control, andother topographic features for design.– Identify all utility owners and locations of their utilities.– Complete a geotechnical investigation to characterize and evaluate subsurface conditions andto provide recommendations for subgrade preparation and pavement section.– Preparation of preliminary design (30% and 90%) that will include typical cross sections,horizontal and vertical alignments, grading and drainage, construction phase and permanenttraffic control, and striping and signage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
