RS-1455 - USA (Waterbury, Connecticut) - Defined Contribution Recordkeeping Service - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide defined contribution recordkeeping service to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.         – Provide administrative, record keeping, employee education and employee investment and retirement planning services.– Trustee plan assets and recordkeep an open architecture fund menu for all four retirement savings plans.– Host an interactive, intuitive and participant friendly website including the ability to monitor, track, obtain reports, and transfer funds daily.– Maintain a secure, online portal for the organization to access, update and monitor necessary participant information.– Provide onsite education, investment and retirement planning advisor services for employees at least twice a month in addition to virtual opportunities.– A proposer with a proven track record in providing these types of or similar services to large employer groups.– Host and maintain an active toll–free hotline for participant inquiries.– Review and process all transactions for plan participants.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for four years.
