(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Vacuum carpeted areas, dust mop and remove stains– Damp–mop all areas and buff all areas – Steam clean carpets – Pick up and empty all waste baskets– Pick up and empty garbage containers and properly dispose of garbage away from the premise– Venetian blinds dust– Spot clean walls– Sweep floors, wet mop, remove stains– Dust lockers, bookcases and shelves– Scrub and clean shower– Clean wash basins, soap dispensers and paper holders(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9,2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
