(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering, architectural and survey services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.• Phases of projects (pre–design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, construction administration, and post–construction)• Facility programming• Life cycle cost studies• Interior design• Energy studies and modeling• Perform boundary, topographic, bathymetric, utility, and/or as–built survey• Establish temporary and permanent benchmarks• Prepare legal descriptions, Property and Right–of–Way maps• Survey visible surface features related to utilities(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Sep 1, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
