EXTRA-73769 - USA (Martinez, California) - Juvenile Justice Re-entry Program Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile justice re–entry program service to the government authority located in Martinez, CA. – Provide re–entry services to justice–involved youth, with an emphasis on the priority population needs.– Reentry Planning & Service Coordination: Develop in–custody or out–of–custody individualized case plans collaboratively with the Deputy Probation Officer (DPO) with a focus on needs responsivity and that could include, but is not limited to, health and dental care, navigating the educational system, support preparing for and entering secondary education, assistance with obtaining a driver's license or identification, navigating benefits, housing, job searching, and soft skills training.– Case Management: Identify youth's needs, goals, strengths, assets, and plans to cultivate them. Identify specific barriers to youth's success and steps to be implemented to overcome them. Serve as education advocates, ensuring that youth are properly enrolled in school and/or receiving educational services to include college preparedness, vocational training, and guidance (if appropriate).– Life Skills and General Support Services: Provide services that enhance a youth's ability to live independently and provide skills and opportunities that are critical to success, such as tangible life skill development, and pro–social engagement.– Administrative Services: Provide project management and general administrative services including: Data collection and analysis; Reports submission; Budget preparation, resource management and timely invoicing; Recruitment and retention of qualified staff necessary to successfully perform this contract; and Actively participate in any case conferencing or other regular meetings required by the Department to discuss referrals and service coordination, including collaborative Partner & Provider meetings(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026.
