Vendor needs to provide expand the pool outside legal counsel services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.– Outside legal counsel shall keep litigation costs at a minimum. At the commencement of any legal representation, outside counsel shall provide an initial case analysis and litigation budget to the County Counsel.– Outside legal counsel must consult with the County Counsel on an on–going basis throughout the legal representation.– Outside legal counsel shall designate a maximum of three (3) attorneys (of which a maximum of two (2) attorneys may be partners) to represent the County on any given matter.– Outside legal counsel shall not bill the County for any of the following: (1) intra–office conferences; (2) time spent familiarizing new attorneys with a case file; and (3) routine administrative matters. such as providing status updates for the County’s yearly audit.
