(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Rockmart, GA.• Engineering firm to include (but not limited to) concept report preparation and validation, utility plans, preparation of displays for public meetings, surveys and mapping, preliminary construction plans, final right–of–way plans (including staking of right–of–way), erosion control plans, structural plans, permit assistance, specifications and bid documents, and final construction plans– Typical development projects will generally fall into these categories:• Utility Improvements (Water, sewer, and stormwater)• Large Transportation (New alignments, road widening, repairs and maintenance)• Small Transportation (Sidewalks/Paths/Trails – Pedestrian or Multi–use)• Site development and facility planning(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026
