DRA-11518 - USA (Auburn, California) - Preparation of Environmental Impact Reports Service - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide preparation of environmental impact reports service to the government authority located in Auburn, CA.• Prepare the Initial Study Checklist (IS), as warranted, and Notice of agency review and comment, incorporate County comments and prepare final documents.• Work with County staff in the identification of impacts and associated mitigation measures incorporated into the project, as well as other available mitigation measures.• Review all public and/or agency comments on the Initial Study Checklist and Notice of Preparation, and compile all relevant information and undertake (or guide work of subconsultant) all specific and detailed studies necessary to prepare a Draft EIR (Environmental Impact Reports)• Incorporate any County comments into the final Draft EIR and prepare a Notice of Completion for public release by the County.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
