(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic inventory project services to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK.• The project includes aerial and underground fiber infrastructure, with a focus on validating physical assets, updating records, and delivering accurate, GIS–ready documentation.1. Aerial infrastructure:– Fiber optic cables.– Aerial slack locations and configurations.2. Underground infrastructure:– Duct and sub–duct assignments.– Underground slack storage.– Fiber entry and exit points.3. Fiber and strand documentation:– Active, spare, dark, and reserved strand identification.– Sheath markers and tag information.– Fiber type (SM/MM), manufacturer (if identifiable), and cable construction.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
