(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting, project management, planning, surveying, and engineering services to provide resiliency evaluations of township facilities, the development of engineered plans to address the continued flooding of the township campus retention pond, and manage the development of a capital improvement plan and process for the township to the government authority located in Oakland, MI.– Evaluations of Township Facilities: – Perform evaluations of Township properties outside of the central Township Campus to identify weaknesses in emergency response and preparedness.• Ability to maintain emergency operations during storm events• Availability of emergency shelter locations and notification systems• Barrier–Free assessments• Identification of flood risks– Development of engineered plans to address Township Campus retention pond flooding• Topographic survey• Civil engineering plans• Grading and drainage plans• Utility coordination plans• Construction details(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
