STAFF-17043 - USA (Allen, Texas) - Guest and Security Staffing Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide guest and security staffing services to the government authority located in Allen, Texas.• Staffing services may include to, guest services, ushering, event support, crowd management, access control, security staffing, and other related services.• Agency estimates approximately 30,000 total staffing hours annually for guest services and security staffing services.• Actual staffing requirements will fluctuate based on event schedule, attendance, event type, operational requirements, security needs, and other factors.• The guest services lead/shift supervisor assists the agency guest services coordinator and designated facility representative with the management and operation of guest services personnel during events.• Assist with event–day management of Guest Services operations• Provide additional supervisory coverage during extended events or periods of increased activity• Event attendant usher and ticket taker• Event security and parking attendant• Armed security officer• Area Lead• Guest services led and shift supervisor(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
