(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services. – Updated language that clarifies expectations regarding utilization management and prior authorization services including new reporting requirements.– New provisions establishing expectations for processing and payment of out–of–network claims, including setting a maximum allowable charge methodology and a savings report.– Additional language that outlines requirements for pre and post payment activities including options for carving out these activities at the discretion as well as detailed reporting.– Provide network administration, utilization management, claims adjudication, call center services, and benefits communication materials for members.– Provide health benefits to approximately 306,000 employees, retirees and dependents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
