Vendor needs to provide infection prevention and control technical expert lead consultant services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Develop/update/adapt/disseminate a rapid IPC needs–assessment tool, targeting community and household settings in resource–limited environments.• Develop/update/adapt/disseminate priority IPC SOPs, job–aids, and training materials, targeting community and household settings in resource–limited environments.• Support organization and implementation of up to 5 IPC trainings targeting community and household settings.• Guide targeted disinfection and waste management at the community and household levels in alignment with local protocol.• Develop/update/adapt protocols for safe and dignified burials and in–facility mortuary management, in coordination with the crisis response team and safe and dignified burial teams.
