TELCOM-2803 - USA (Sebring, Florida) - Tower Maintenance, Repair, Inspection, Antenna Profiling and Inventory Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tower maintenance, repair, inspection, antenna profiling and inventory services to the government authority located in Sebring, FL. – Perform, at all agency–owned tower sites, a comprehensive initial baseline assessment that includes visual and mechanical inspection, preventative maintenance evaluation, repair recommendations, antenna profiling, comprehensive equipment inventory, structural engineering analysis, structural capacity evaluation, wind load analysis and certification, and all other engineering determinations necessary to establish the current structural integrity, compliance status, and loading capacity of each structure. – Provide annual inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the antennas, microwave, tower lighting systems, and structural integrity of the towers located throughout the agency. – Perform a preventative maintenance tower climb and inspection, at each tower location, on an annual basis.– Inspect and adjust tension of guyed cables– Weatherproof exposed connectors and components.– Seal connectors at antennas and Preamp.– Open tower top Preamp box, inspect for leakage and replace gasket, as needed.– Inspect wiring for wear, tie down to tower leg, as needed.– Vendor will respond to emergency outages seven days a week, three hundred sixty–five days a year, when requested by a agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
