(1) Vendor needs to provide event rentals services to the government authority located in Allen, TX.– Provide rental of tents, tables, and chairs. – All tents shall be waterproof, mildew resistant, free from holes and tears and must be fireproof. Certificate verifying the fireproof quality must be provided.– Tents may be pole, frame, structure, or circus type tents.– Some tents will require doors, floors/staging, sides, fans, and lighting. Please provide pricing or square foot pricing where appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
