(1) Vendor needs to provide online clinical decision support tool for medical providers, public health nurses, and epidemiologists.– Artificial Intelligence: – The Vendor must comply with State of Wisconsin Information Technology (IT) policy and standards regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI means generative artificial intelligence systems that create new content or outputs in response to data inputs using trained machine–learning models.– The Vendor's solution must provide current peer reviewed material which can be utilized to assist clinicians in their treatment of patients, and development of guidance and preventative messaging.– The Vendor's solution must provide resource materials that incorporate diagnostic and treatment algorithms.– The Vendor's solution must include clinical decision–making tools. The tools must include algorithms and literature regarding a wide range of topics that are presented in a format that assists the individual clinician to make accurate diagnoses and provide error–free treatment options.– The evidence provided must remain current to keep abreast with the perpetually progressive nature of the medical profession to provide clinicians with the most current information.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026. (3) Contact term will be for one year.
