(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural consultant services to the government authority located in Beaverton, OR.• The Architectural Consultant shall provide education planning, facilitation, research, stakeholder engagement and other architectural consulting services to review, update.• As part of this effort, the District intends to benchmark its Education Specifications against those of comparable K–12 school districts and recognized leaders in educational facility planning• Project Initiation and Existing Conditions Assessmenti. Conduct a project kickoff meeting with District representatives to confirmproject goals, scope, schedule, stakeholder engagement strategy, deliverables,and decision–making process.ii. Review the District's existing Education Specifications and relevant supportingdocuments, including strategic plans, educational programming information,facility planning documents, technology planning documents, design standards,and prior bond program materials as provided by the District.iii. Identify strengths, gaps, outdated content, and opportunities for improvementwithin the existing Education Specifications.iv. Develop a work plan and schedule that supports the efficient completion of theproject.• Benchmarking and Best Practices Reviewi. Review Education Specifications and related planning documents from a selectgroup of comparable K–12 school districts and recognized leaders in educationalfacility planning.ii. Identify emerging trends, best practices, and relevant innovations related toeducational programming, learning environments, technology integration, andfacility planning.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
