DES-2643 - USA (Clayton, Missouri) - Document Destruction Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction service to the government authority located in Clayton, MO.• Provide on–site document destruction and disposal of confidential paper records at any County facility• The contractor shall perform document destruction services on–site at each applicable County facility on an as needed, if needed basis, or on a regular scheduled basis, as mutually agreed upon between the contractor and each applicable County department/division• The County Records Center destruction consists of pallets of bankers boxes ready for destruction• Pricing must include price per pallet• Upon request, Contractor must allow Record Owner's representatives to witness collection, hauling, weighing and/or the record destruction.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026
