(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology strategic plan services.– Plan should specify the ways in which recommended technology solutions will improve operations and overall service delivery, and streamline operations to achieve increased productivity.– Currently has a consultant contract for IT network and system administration services.– The IT consultant is required to provide phone or email responses within two hours and onsite responses within four hours; exceptions are made on a case–by–case basis for on–site responses. – The IT consultant uses a ticketing system that generates an automatic confirmation response for email or voicemail submission, and provides an emailed copy of all created service tickets to the application support specialist.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
