(1) Vendor needs to provide professional photography and videography services to develop a high–quality library of tourism–focused photography and video assets showcasing six Spearhead Trails project.– The resulting assets will support agency digital marketing, social media, advertising, website, print, trip–planning content, and other tourism promotion efforts.– Obtain professional aerial and ground–based video footage suitable for current and future tourism marketing efforts.– Prioritize footage composed for vertical 9:16 use, particularly Instagram and Facebook Reels and other Meta advertising placements.– Develop a professionally organized content library that allows staff to efficiently identify footage by trail system, trail number, and location.– Create assets that may be shared with agency and other tourism and promotional partners in support of destination marketing.– Creative Direction & Content Capture: – Photography and video should authentically portray the visitor experience and help prospective riders envision themselves visiting the region, riding the trails, creating memories, and experiencing outdoor adventure.– Discovery and Project Planning– Trail–Specific Pre–Production Planning– Video Capture– Video Technical Standards– Aerial / Drone Operations– Professional Photography
