(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health first aid instructor certification training services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD– Deliver one (1) 3–day Adult and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certification Training per contract period of performance, training a maximum of 16 participants.– Provide instructions to the attendees about how to access Zoom or other platform for the pre–training requisites and training.
