CC-3893 - USA (Michigan) - Security and Organizational Dispatch Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security and organizational dispatch services. – Provide organizational dispatch and security services will be required to maintain operations and provide security in the evening, weekend, and holiday hours.– Answer calls from law enforcement and other authorities and notes hazardous condition, and exact location, relays that critical information to appropriate department and forwards information to on–duty supervision.– Answer night and weekend calls from citizens and relays calls to proper authorities when applicable, accurately document all pertinent customer information, enters information into computer work order system and provides general information to the public.– Answer radio calls and maintain log of all calls and call–outs.– Answer calls from snow duty officer and relays information to on–duty supervision.– Calls regarding road conditions such as pot holes, dead deer, or trees down.– Monitor landline for incoming calls regarding a roadway safety hazard.– Monitor outlook email every 15 minutes. respond to emails (when merited) to acknowledge receipt.– Completes hourly call outs to district supervision during a snow event and logs results.– Services will require physical on–site presence of one officer per shift location from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekdays, all day on weekends, and all observed holidays.– Comfortably use phones, email, computers, browser–based web services, and fax.– Locks or unlocks gates in the facility and observes all access points and other locations via CCTV cameras.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid mandatory site visit will be held on September 29, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
