(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency communications support services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.– Provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, certificates, licenses, insurance, pre–employment screenings, reports, files, and any other resources necessary to accomplish emergency communications services.– The required services include monitoring alarm activities; monitoring video surveillance systems (VSS); receiving emergency and non–emergency calls for service; and dispatching police, fire, medical, and collateral resources to respond to calls for service.
