Vendor needs to provide nuisance abatement, mowing, and property cleanup services to the government authority located in Brady, TX.– Provide multi–category property maintenance, mowing, brush removal, and debris cleanup services on an as needed basis.– Brush Removal: Clearing, loading, hauling, and legal disposal of piled or scattered tree limbs, branches, and woody brush accumulations. – Trash and Debris Removal: Collection and legal disposal of general solid waste, scattered household garbage, paper, plastics, and miscellaneous non–hazardous rubbish. – Tire Removal: Collection, loading, hauling, and recycling and disposal of discarded automotive and truck tires at an authorized facility.– Appliance and Furniture Removal: Loading and legal disposal of bulk items including sofas, mattresses, refrigerators, washers, and dryers.
