(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisor services to the government authority located in Clark, WA.– Independent, fiduciary financial advisory services in connection with its debt management and capital financing activities.– To establish a comprehensive and sustainable approach to debt management; ensure efficient, cost–effective access to capital markets; and obtain independent advice in the planning, structuring, and execution of financings.– The Advisor will review the agency financial position, capital improvement plan, and existing obligations to develop a multi–year financing strategy aligned with projected capital needs, that will likely include the remodel of guest rooms, the remodel of meeting spaces, a convention center expansion, and green building system upgrades associated.– The Advisor will recommend optimal structures, including maturity schedules, repayment strategies, and call provisions. The Advisor will coordinate with financing team participants—including bond counsel, underwriters, and other professionals and assist in preparing and reviewing financing documents such as official statements and authorizing ordinances.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 25, 2026.
