(1) Vendor needs to provide on call electrical, lighting and emergency electrical services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Maynard, MA. – Provide on–call electrical maintenance, lighting repairs, emergency electrical services, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and related electrical work at all agency–owned facilities.  – Services• General electrical work:– Electrical troubleshooting– Repair of electrical systems– Replacement of receptacles– Replacement of switches– Breaker replacement• Interior lighting:– Lamp replacement– Ballast replacement– LED driver replacement• Exterior lighting:– Parking lot lighting– Pole lighting– Building–mounted lighting– Walkway lighting    • Emergency services:– Power outages– Electrical failures– Equipment failures• Preventive maintenance:– Electrical panel inspections– Tightening electrical connections– Testing emergency lighting• Small installation projects:– Dedicated circuits– Additional receptacles– Data power(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
