CLEANING-14015 - USA (West Sacramento, California) - Hood and Duct Cleaning Services - Deadline November 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide hood and duct cleaning services to the government authority located in West Sacramento, CA.• Provide inspection, preventative maintenance cleaning, and/or deep cleaning of hoods, fans, ducts, and other appurtenances as described herein, as necessary to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the equipment• Preventative maintenance services shall include but not be limited to:a. Cover all State equipment with Contractor provided clean/new waterproof covers (i.e.,tarps and/or plastic covers) prior to any servicing, including equipment such as ovens,grills, cookers, deep fryers, etc. to prevent moisture from spilling on or into the equipmentduring cleaning.b. Place a plastic funnel under the hood system to assist the draining of the buildup of greaseremoved from the system and to ensure the grease removed from the system will befiltered through the floor drain and not onto State equipment.c. Steam clean and high–pressure hot water wash (or similar effective method) allbuildup/combustible contaminants on the exhaust systems from the plenum area throughthe ductwork, to and including fans and housings on the roof.d. Cleaning shall be performed to all hoods, baffles, fans, fan housing ducts, roof bonnetsand discharge grills associated with the grills, steam kettles, ovens, deep–fat friers,griddles, stoves, and hot–top ranges.e. Ensure that filters have been cleaned prior to their being re–installed in the system.f. Remove all debris, materials, and equipment from the institution/facility grounds uponcompletion of the project and dispose of waste in an appropriate disposal method.g. The Contractor shall be responsible for clean–up of all water and grease upon completionof work.h. Bring all necessary equipment to the jobsite required to perform the services (i.e., ladder,hoses, wet/dry vacuum, etc.) at the Contractor’s expense.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
