The Catawba Regional Council of Governments (CRCOG) is seeking consultant services to conduct a comprehensiv corridor study for the SC 9 (W. Meeting Street) corridor approximately between Paladin Road and Main Street in the City of Lancaster. The study will evaluate existing transportation conditions, identify current and future mobility needs, and develop practical, implementable recommendations that improve safety, operations, accessibility, community connectivity, and economic development.
