Vendor needs to provide event management and crisis management consultancy services.1. Event management consultancy services:– To assist it in advising on, agreeing and coordinating a suitable public transport support response for various major music, sporting, cultural and other events held in Ireland each year.2. Crisis management consultancy services:– To assist it in coordinating the public transport response to various crises or emergencies that may arise either on the transport network itself or that affect the provision of services on the network. – Severe weather events affecting more than one public transport operator.– A transport accident or major incident impacting services operated by more than one public transport operator.– Civil unrest or ongoing protests affecting services provided by multiple transport operators.– Cyber–attacks on ticketing/signalling or travel information systems, acts of terrorism, sabotage, or bomb threats.– Strikes or industrial action by transport operator staff or third parties which significantly impact on public transport service delivery.
