Vendor needs to provide occupational therapist service to the government authority located in West Nyack, NY. – For Occupational Therapy services to provide direct services to students for the school year 2026–2027 with possible two on–year extensions.– The Occupational Therapist may be required to evaluate students during school hours. – Travel among multiple locations may be required.– The Occupational Therapist reports to the school administrator assigned to each school location and reports any issues or concerns to that administrator. – The Occupational Therapist provides services in accordance with each students IEP. – Medicaid notes on each student are due the day of service and are inputted via the System.
