(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accountant services to the government authority located in Irvington, NJ.• Monthly review and analysis• Review prepared monthly financial statements required by federal, state and/or local laws statutes, i.e. budget to actual and balance sheet (combined and by program), and consult as needed.• Attend and present at a monthly status meeting with management to review the Authority’s balance sheets and income statements, discuss variances, and address outstanding accounting matters.• Provide accounting and record collection assistance with the Annual Independent Audit• Review financial policies and procedures and make recommendations as needed.• Review Family Self Sufficiency program records and consult as needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
