(1) Vendor needs to provide non–emergency behavioral health transportation services to the government authority located in Southern Plains, OK.• Transportation providers to deliver secure, 24/7 non–emergency transportation for Tribal members traveling to and from behavioral health evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and other eligible services.• 24/7 availability — dispatch, scheduling, and rider support available twenty–four hours perday, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays.• Secure transportation system — a secure, auditable platform for trip request, dispatch, driverassignment, rider verification, trip tracking, and trip completion records• One–way and round–trip service — trips shall be billable and reportable on a one–waypassenger trip basis.• Rider confidentiality — all trip data, rider identity, and destination information shall behandled as confidential health–related information.• Monthly reporting — trip–level reporting including date, county of pickup, county ofdestination, trip purpose category, mileage, and cost.• Make the survey available to riders through the use of a tablet at or near the time of the trip.• Ensure the survey is shareable, so that a rider may forward it to family members or other Tribal members who may benefit from services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
