EQU-18916 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Classroom Projectors and AV Equipment Procurement, Installation, Removal and Repair Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classroom projectors and AV equipment procurement, installation, removal and repair services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Turn–key solution for the procurement, installation, and long–term support of classroom and large space projectors and AV equipment on an as–needed basis.– Ad–Hoc Site Surveys: Upon request, Vendor must conduct site surveys to identify unique architectural needs to ensure effective mounting and cabling.– Hardware & Materials: Procure a ViewSonic LS740, a high–lumen Epson projector, or a District–approved equivalent, including compatible mounts and plenum–rated cabling.– Integration Services: Installation includes removal of legacy cabling, new HDMI–over–CAT5 runs, and master–electrician–supervised electrical work. Work could also include installation of audio in large space areas.– Decommissioning: Removal of all legacy equipment (projectors, TVs, VCRs). Salvageable material must be transported to the agency warehouse as directed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
