Vendor needs to provide facilities master plan consulting services to the government authority located in Chatham, MA.• Consultant will develop a comprehensive 20–25‑year facility master plan encompassing the town’s major asset groups to: buildings, roadways, sewer infrastructure, water systems, stormwater structures, landings and piers, sidewalks, and parking facilities.• The study shall review and build upon prior feasibility studies and plans, develop current and anticipated program requirements, analyze department and building needs, study building design, explore alternate locations, meet with Town representatives, make presentations, prepare cost estimates, and establish capital project priorities, to develop and prepare a Long–Term Facilities Master Plan.
