MRB-55786 - USA (Colorado) - Concert Production Services - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concert production services.         – The Producer is to be on–site the day of the show from 10:00 AM until the end of the show to be the liaison between the artist and band, production, and staff and coordinate logistics of meals, rides, etc.– Producer is responsible for obtaining and coordinating all stagehands, equipment operators, and other necessary production staff.– Producer is responsible for obtaining cost–efficient production equipment, including to, audio, lighting, power, and backline.– Events may be created that will require large artists and full production.– To create a high–level patron experience at the venue.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
