Description
Project base bids includes earthwork, utility installation, foundation installation, and relocation of modulars from the Mammoth High School to 100 College Parkway across from the Cerro Coso Community College to create a Childcare Center, including but not limited to the work of siding, painting, and re-roofing per plans. Alternate #1 is to replace the siding and trim to match existing, and Alternate #2 is to remove and replace roof system to match. The work includes full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The work shall be completed within the time set forth in the Contract.
