(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted GIS centric enterprise asset management system. – Provide solution must be GIS–centric, cloud deployed, mobile enabled, and support lifecycle management of public assets.– system must support comprehensive reporting and analysis and integrates with the City’s existing ArcGIS Enterprise environment with minimal disruption to current systems.– access and manage city assets, preserve GIS as the authoritative source of asset data, and avoid disconnected or unnecessary duplication of asset datasets.– provide software, implementation services, data migration, integrations, training, support, and ongoing maintenance.– Cloud–hosted SaaS deployment with disaster recovery, redundancy, backups, and scalability.– Integration with ESRI platforms and support for GIS feature services, layers, and spatial workflows.– Integrate GIS, ERP, finance, permitting, and citizen service systems.– Support regulatory reporting and long–term capital planning.– Enable mobile field operations and condition assessments.– Offline inspections, field updates, mobile work orders, GPS capture, and synchronization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
