(1) Vendor needs to provide booklet development and printing services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– This development includes layout, research and data gathering, editorial services, artwork as needed to provide a durable and informational product for the fishers and future fishers.– Information to accompany an image of each fish species should include items such as Common names, scientific names, a standardized couplet of information to suggest size ranges and colors and any extremely brief description.  – Foldout shall approximate 9 inches tall by 24 inches wide double sided.– Foldout shall represent 12 unique pages that fold to approximately 4 inches wide and 9 inches tall, With 5 folds.– 10 pages of foldout should be developed to share up to 6 fish images/photos per page that are appropriate for ID assistance accompanied by rudimentary information appropriate to aid fishers in identifying or fishing for the species of interest.– All images will be based off of 300 dpi minimum at 100% production.
