Vendor needs to provide firefighter pre–employment and annual physical examinations services to the government authority located in Tennessee.• Medical service providers to serve as strategic partners in protecting and improving the long–term health, safety, and medical readiness of its firefighters through comprehensive pre–employment and annual physical examinations.• Committed to a proactive, prevention–focused approach that combines early detection of health concerns most commonly affecting firefighters, individualized guidance to reduce health risks, and meaningful follow–up to support their well–being throughout their careers and beyond.• These examinations are a critical component of the department's occupational health and safety program and are designed to assess the physical fitness, overall health, and medical readiness of firefighting personnel to perform demanding and hazardous duties.• Comprehensive update of individual medical history, including occupational exposures, injuries, illnesses, surgeries, medications, and family history.• Head–to–toe examination by a licensed physician or physician assistant under physician supervision.• Evaluation of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory systems and body composition.• Screenings that adequately detect all cancers covered by the brady act and ensure eligibility for presumptive coverage should cancer be detected.
