Vendor needs to provide GIS storymap services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Build an informational GIS storymap using Esri's ArcGIS mapping software platform.– Storymap will convey the geographic focus of the organization in a visually engaging and dynamic way, serving as a public–facing educational tool that tells the story of how the council represents its region.– Functional, web–based GIS storymap: Built on Esri's ArcGIS platform, the storymap will be a long–form web page that users scroll through and interact with.– Responsible for building the storymap, including graphic design.– Incorporate text, images, and interactive map–based elements that highlight mission, region of focus, and selected place–based projects.– Set up google analytics tracking that feeds into the council’s existing google analytics account.– Provide all content for the storymap, including text, images, and data for the map–based portions.
